We will keep your personal data confidential but, subject to any applicable law, we may disclose your personal data for the above purposes to the following classes of transferees:

Use of Personal Data in Marketing
In addition to the purposes set out above, where permitted by law, Harbourside Productions Limited may use your name and contact details for promotional or marketing purposes including sending you promotional materials and conducting marketing in relation to ticketing, live events and connected brand partnerships.
In relation to marketing purposes (“Marketing Purposes”), we may, where permitted by law, provide your personal information to Great Entertainment Group (“GEG”) and Proactiv Entertainment (PE) so as to enable GEG and PE to send you promotional and marketing materials (collectively, “Marketing Materials”) in relation to the events GEG and PE offer (the Marketing Materials may be sent to you by email or other means).
Before using or providing your personal data for the Marketing Purposes to GEG and PE, we are required by law to obtain your written consent (“Consent”), and in such cases, only after having obtained your Consent, we are allowed to use and provide your personal data to GEG and PE for Marketing Purposes.
You may withdraw your Consent at any time by writing to the address in the section on “Access Rights to Personal Data” or sending us an email to peppapig@geg.asia. Thereafter Harbourside Productions Limited shall cease to use or provide such data to GEG and PE for Marketing Purposes. Any such request should clearly state details of the personal data in respect of which the request is being made.
